Chef Robert Cangelosi started his culinary career at a young age, working his way up through the industry to achieve the status of Executive Chef at several 4 star New York City restaurants. With the ability to create dishes from many facets of the culinary world, he excels in fine dining, refreshing and simple European bistro style food, home-style comfort cooking, as well as upscale catered affairs and banquets. He has had the pleasure of cooking for celebrities, former presidents and heads of state alike. With his love of international foods Chef Rob has bridged the gap of these worlds and brought them together in his newest establishment, CONCRETE a Tapas bar and lounge located in the heart of midtown Manhattan.
